Full-Stack Software Engineer

About the Role

Join the core engineering team at a YC-backed AI voice technology startup. You will build the platform and product experiences that help businesses automate voice conversations, working across backend systems, integrations, dashboards, and analytics.

What You'll Do

• Develop core features for prompt orchestration, dashboards, analytics, and telephony integrations.

• Build scalable full-stack systems, including polished interfaces, robust APIs, and deployment workflows.

• Own projects from architecture and implementation through deployment and ongoing iteration.

• Design intuitive interfaces and APIs that make it easy for customers to get started.

• Debug customer issues and turn feedback into product improvements.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of full-stack engineering experience, with substantial work across both frontend and backend.

• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and AWS.

• Deep knowledge of distributed systems and backend architecture.

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering, with strong computer science fundamentals.

• Experience at venture-backed startups or a sustained track record of growth at a larger technology organization.

• Background in voice AI, telephony, or related voice technology is valuable.

• A collaborative, proactive approach, strong ownership, and comfort contributing in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $215,000 to $290,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
