Position Overview: A full-time Rheumatologist role focused on outpatient care, offering flexible scheduling with 4-4.5 workdays per week and minimal call responsibilities. The position includes building an individual practice with support from operational leaders and staff, utilizing EPIC EMR, and access to extensive referral sources. It may support a J1 visa waiver.

Qualifications: Completion of an ACGME-accredited fellowship and residency in Rheumatology, MD/DO board certification or eligibility, and strong communication and teamwork skills. Candidate should demonstrate exceptional patient care abilities.

Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive outpatient rheumatology services, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to practice growth within a supportive environment.

Compensation & Benefits: Salary range of $285,000 - $355,000, with a retention bonus, student loan repayment, CME and dues reimbursement, malpractice and tail insurance, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and a day-one 403(b) matching retirement plan.
