We are seeking a full-time Rheumatologist to join a growing outpatient practice near Indianapolis, focusing on general rheumatology with a diverse case mix, including RA, OA, SLE, gout, vasculitis, and biologic management.
Key responsibilities include maintaining access and continuity of care, supporting a busy infusion program, and collaborating with dedicated staff such as MAs, RNs, and infusion nurses. The role is 100% outpatient with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule, based on a 4.5-day workweek.
Qualifications and skills include medical licensure eligibility in Indiana, experience in general rheumatology, and the ability to manage a broad range of conditions. Sponsorship options (J-1 and H-1B) are available.
Compensation features a base salary of $300,000+, productivity incentives, a $25,000 sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance up to $10,000. Benefits include full health, dental, vision insurance, retirement plans, and PSLF eligibility.
