Overview

We are seeking a hands-on AI Platform Architect / Engineering Lead with a strong software engineering background and experience building enterprise AI/GenAI platforms from the ground up. This role focuses on AI platform architecture, LLM integration, RAG, AI agents, cloud infrastructure, and technical leadership. This is an AI Engineering role, not a Data Scientist position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable enterprise AI/GenAI platforms.
• Develop AI services, APIs, LLM integrations, RAG, and agent-based solutions.
• Establish AI platform standards for security, monitoring, testing, and governance.
• Implement cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and automation.
• Lead architecture decisions, code reviews, and hands-on development.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with product, data science, and security teams.
  
  

Requirements

• 10 15+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, or distributed systems experience.
• Strong Python skills plus Java, Go, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience building production AI/GenAI platforms.
• Expertise in LLM integrations, RAG, and AI agent-based systems.
• Experience with AI platform engineering, model gateways, evaluation, monitoring, and governance.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience designing secure, scalable enterprise platforms and APIs.
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience.
• Preferred: LiteLLM, Langfuse, Arize, OpenTelemetry, MCP, and experience in regulated industries.
