🚀 We're Hiring: Gaming Operations Manager | Relocation Support

Are you an experienced Gaming Operations professional with a strong background in CRM, Customer Support, and VIP Management?

We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven Gaming Operations Manager to lead and optimize gaming operations for an international company in the online gaming industry.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who can combine operational excellence, customer experience, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making.

📍 Location: Serbia – Relocation Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily gaming operations, ensuring operational efficiency and an excellent player experience.
• Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve player engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
• Lead and optimize Customer Support operations and service standards.
• Manage and develop VIP programs, focusing on high-value player relationships and loyalty.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Technical teams to enhance player experience and business performance.
• Analyse player behaviour, trends, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and responsible gaming practices.
• Take full ownership of Power BI, including dashboards, reporting, data models, access management, and data governance.
• Directly manage and supervise Business Analysts and Data Analysts, ensuring accurate, reliable, and timely business insights.
• Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams, driving performance and accountability.

Requirements:

• Proven management experience in Gaming Operations, CRM, Customer Support, or VIP Management within the online gaming / casino industry.
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms, player segmentation, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including reporting, data modelling, and governance.
• Experience managing Business Analysts and Data Analysts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Good understanding of gaming regulations and responsible gaming practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.

🌍 Relocation Package: Full relocation assistance and support will be provided to international candidates moving to Serbia.
