Gaming Support with Danish | Relocation to Cyprus

As a Gaming Customer Support Advisor with Danish and English, you will support customers with console, account, payment, billing, and network-related questions. You will provide assistance through phone, email, and chat, helping users resolve issues and escalating more complex cases when needed.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing customer support through phone, email, and chat.
• Supporting customers with console and network-related issues.
• Helping users with account matters, including password resets and account access.
• Assisting with payment processing and billing inquiries.
• Troubleshooting customer issues and providing clear solutions.
• Escalating complex cases according to internal procedures.

Requirements:

• Danish at C2 level.
• English at B2 level.
• Experience in customer service, technical support, call center, troubleshooting, or complaint handling would be an advantage, but is not required.
• Availability to work on-site in Larnaca, Cyprus.

Working conditions:

• On-site work in Larnaca, Cyprus.
• Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week.
• Rotational shifts.
• Operating hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-19:30.

What the employer offers:

• 2-year contract with the possibility of an indefinite contract after this period.
• Gross salary: 1350 EUR per month.
• Salary increase to 1400 EUR gross per month after 6 months.
• Performance bonus based on KPIs, uncapped, average around 250-300 EUR per month.

Relocation support:

Relocation support is available for EU citizens moving from outside Cyprus.

Option 1:

• 1500 EUR relocation package, paid 2-3 weeks after the start date.
• Candidate arranges their own flight and accommodation.

Option 2:

• Flight reimbursement up to 300 EUR.
• Possibility to stay in company accommodation for up to 2 months.
• First month of accommodation is free.
• Second month costs 100 EUR.
• Candidate books their own flight.
