Position Overview: A Gastroenterology opportunity in Coastal Virginia offers an outpatient-focused practice with flexible scheduling and strong earning potential. Join a physician-led group with an established patient base and an attached Ambulatory Surgery Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage outpatient GI cases, with optional inpatient involvement.
• Provide patient care in a manageable volume setting.
• Utilize existing APP support for clinic efficiency.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary between $500K–$600K plus production incentives.
• Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek.

Qualifications: Board-eligible or -certified in Gastroenterology and eligible for Virginia medical licensure.
