The branch is also responsible for managing revenue collected by the Department, including the Australian Border Force.

This includes verifying and approving service delivery invoices under contractual arrangements, assessing the onshore network service provider's performance against contractual requirements, and implementing and managing the RPC performance management framework.
The External Costings Section (EC) is responsible for costing new policy proposals across Home Affairs and providing expert technical advice.
