Key Dates

• Training Duration: 5 days (fully paid)

• Work Schedule: Monday – Sunday

• Working Hours: 10:00 - 02:00 (rotational shifts within this range)

Salary Package & Bonuses

• €1300.00 gross monthly salary

• Monthly food allowance: up to €80 max, calculated based on on-site working days

• Training completion bonus: €200.00 gross with the second cycle of payments (one-time payment)

• Productivity bonus: up to 15% of gross salary, performance-based

• Relocation bonus after the completion of 7 Months: € 300.00 gross (one-time payment)

• Benefit of taxi refund when shifts end after 0:00

• Night shift premium: +25% per hour. Sundays & public holidays: +75% per hour

Relocation Support (Athens-based role)

Option 1:

Flight + Hotel fully covered
Real estate agency fee covered

Option 2:
€250 relocation allowance
Real estate agency fee covered (Ideal if you arrive by car or arrange personal travel/accommodation)

About the Role

Join a high-impact GenAI operations team supporting one of the world's largest tech platforms. Your mission is to help maintain platform integrity, label data, and support AI model training used by millions of users globally.

What You Will Do

• Review and moderate Danish-language content (comments, posts, captions, videos)

• Label data to support machine-learning and GenAI development

• Evaluate user-generated content based on platform policies

• Provide accurate and timely decisions in platform safety workflows

• Assist with transcription tasks and semantic tagging

• Apply policies considering cultural context, idioms, slang, and pop-culture knowledge

Profile We Seek

Experience

• Previous experience in customer support, content moderation, or digital operations is valued

• Experience in B2C or B2B environments is an advantage

Skills

• Strong written communication in Danish

• Critical thinking & problem-solving mindset

• Comfortable working in fast-paced digital environments

• Adaptability and high attention to detail

• Typing speed 30 WPM with 85% accuracy
