Key Capabilities Experience managing major and complex loss claims Strong relationships with insurers, brokers, and key stakeholders Advanced negotiation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills Ability to manage complex portfolios with a commercial, client-focused approach Commitment to ongoing professional development and technical excellence Requirements 5+ years’ experience in major and complex loss adjusting ANZIIF or AICLA qualifications (or equivalent) Proven ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships Valid driver’s licence Crawford is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
