General Anesthesiologist - Texarkana, Texas A leading hospital in Texarkana, Texas, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Anesthesiologist to join its highly collaborative and supportive anesthesia care team. You will provide high-quality anesthesia care within a 100% supervision model , partnering with 3 fellow anesthesiologists and 15 experienced CRNAs to deliver efficient, team-based perioperative services. The diverse caseload includes vascular, neuro, healthy pediatrics, regional anesthesia, trauma, orthopedics, thoracic, and general surgery -with rare obstetrics and no cardiac cases . This broad yet manageable mix ensures engaging daily variety without the demands of high-acuity hearts or frequent OB, allowing focus on clinical excellence and team collaboration. Position Highlights Predictable 1:4 call schedule that supports true lifestyle balance with post-call days off. Modern facilities equipped with advanced monitoring and regional techniques. Leadership that values physician input on process improvements and quality initiatives. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive anesthesia care across a wide range of surgical procedures, emphasizing patient safety and comfort. Supervise and mentor CRNAs in a collaborative, teaching-oriented model. Participate in quality enhancement projects and interdisciplinary teamwork with surgeons and perioperative staff. Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with hospital standards. Compensation & Benefits Highly competitive base salary of $650,000 annually .
