About You: Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): A strong professional or educational background in a field relevant to Intramotev’s mission (Engineering, Operations, Business, etc.). A growth mindset with the ability to develop innovative and novel approaches to traditional industry problems. Open-minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced, "all-hands-on-deck" startup environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Local to or willing to relocate to St. Louis, MO (100% in-office). U.S. Person (immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided). Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Candidate should have a working knowledge of one or (ideally) multiple areas listed below: Experience in the Rail, Electric Vehicle (EV), or Unmanned Systems industries. Previous experience in a startup or small business environment. Demonstrated experience leading projects or collaborating across different engineering or business disciplines. A passion for sustainability and industrial revitalization.
