Role Overview : The client is seeking a strong leader to head up their geotechnical division. Key responsibilities include: Leading, mentoring, and growing a team of 4 geotechnical professionals Overseeing complex geotechnical projects, including technical oversight, reporting, proposals, budgeting, and client engagement Supporting business development efforts alongside leadership Future growth path into an Office Principal-level role Requirements: PE license (or able to obtain quickly through reciprocity) 6+ years experience in geotechnical engineering Proven leadership and people management background Strong technical skills: project management, reporting, proposal writing, budgeting Seller-doer mindset: can both manage and help grow business.
