Responsibilities
In this German Client Consultant role, you will have to:
Develop & Grow Partnerships
Manage a Portfolio of B2B Partners
Consultative Sales & Upselling
Partner Training & Enablement
Meet KPIs & Sales Targets
In order to become the German Client Consultant we are looking for, you should have:
Native or near-native level of German (oral and written)
Very good command of English (C1 level)
Experience in the sales sector will be consider as a plus
Computer literacy
Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude
Quality focus and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage change and work under pressure
EU Passport
Availability to start working as soon as possible and from our client's premises in Athens
Monthly gross salary: €1,350
Bonus scheme: Sales Bonus upon performance, average 100-500 EUR gross
Performance bonus: Up to 10% according to your performance and KPI’s per month after the first 3 months (to be paid on the 4th month)
A new sales bonus structure has been introduced, offering attractive incentives for new joiners. Details will be shared with potential candidates during the pre-screening call.
