We're hiring Customer Support Specialists for a well known courier company.

💰 5,000 RON NET + bonuses bases on performance

📍 On-site | Brașov | Full-time 8h +30 mins lunch break

🕒 Monday–Friday, shifts between 09:00–21:00

(Weekend shifts may be introduced in the future)

🏠 2 months of accommodation fully paid if you're relocating

📜6,5 months initial contract with the possibility of extension if you already live in Brasov or 1-year contract + possibility of extension for relocated candidates

The job? Pretty straightforward:

📦 Help customers with parcels & deliveries

🔎 Check shipment statuses and solve delivery issues

💬 Support via phone, chat, mail

You don't have experience? We train you ⁠

🎓 5 days of paid training

3 days training + 2 days nesting

Training in English and German

🕒 Monday–Friday, shifts between 09:00–21:00

We're looking for:

🇩🇪 German C1

🇬🇧 English B2

💻 Good PC skills

🧠 Good problem-solving skills

🙂 Someone who can survive the occasional “WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?!” 😂
