The Role

You will be the voice of a leading travel platform, helping customers navigate their holiday and accommodation bookings. From managing inquiries to resolving travel-related concerns, you'll be making travel experiences smoother and more enjoyable.

• Project: Travel & Accommodation Support
• Language: Native/Fluent German (English for internal comms)
• Training: Full, paid, remote training provided!
