Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
