Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer support in German through live chat, email, and phone. Assist customers with questions regarding their gaming accounts, promotions, and technical issues. Resolve customer inquiries and issues swiftly while ensuring high satisfaction levels. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. Stay up-to-date with our products and best practices in customer service. Fluency in German and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Experience in customer service, especially in the iGaming industry or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
