Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner. Provide detailed information regarding our gaming services to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Collect and analyze customer feedback to facilitate service improvements. Participate in ongoing training initiatives to further develop your product knowledge and customer service skills. Fluency in German and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous. Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer care. Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and support tools is beneficial. Willingness to relocate to Malta and adapt to a new culture.
