What You'll Be Doing Expert Support: Deliver expert technical support and troubleshooting to customers in German. Problem Solving: Use your communication and problem-solving skills to handle inquiries with empathy and efficiency. Quality Assurance: Follow clear procedures while adapting to each unique case. Shift Work: Work in shifts between 09:00–21:00, Monday to Sunday. Collaboration: Work within an international team of professionals in a dynamic, inclusive environment. What You Bring Language Skills: Fluency in German (C2) and English (C1) . Technical Aptitude: Strong ability to quickly learn new tools, software, and technical systems. Soft Skills: Confidence, empathy, and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service. Flexibility: Ability to work full-time rotating shifts.
