Speak German and have at least 1 year of Sales experience?

Use your experience from any industry to help German-speaking businesses grow through paid social media advertising. Previous Digital Advertising experience is not required.

€1,783–€2,033 gross/month in your first year + meal card + 2 extra salaries

Monday–Friday | NO shifts | Weekends off

• Fixed schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 — NO shifts, weekends off

What Will You Actually Do?

• Speak with business advertisers through incoming enquiries or proactive contact, depending on your team
• Understand their goals and budgets, then recommend suitable advertising solutions
• Handle questions and objections, follow up and build client relationships
• Track opportunities in the CRM and work towards Sales targets

Salary & Bonuses

• Base salary: €1,500 gross/month ×14
• Fixed project bonus: €200 gross/month
• Performance bonus: up to €250 gross/month
• Welcome bonus: €1,000 gross in total, paid in 12 monthly instalments of approximately €83.33 during your first year
• 2 additional base-salary payments per year: €3,000 gross total, included in the ×14 arrangement
• Meal card: approximately €60 net/month, increasing to approximately €120 net/month after one year

Your monthly salary: €1,783–€2,033 gross + meal card (approximately €60 net/month) + 2 extra salaries per year (€3,000 gross total).

What We Are Looking For:

• German at C1/C2 level
• English at working proficiency level (B2 or higher) — for training and internal use
• At least 1 year of Sales experience in any industry
• Confidence discussing customer needs, recommending products or services and working towards Sales targets
• You already live in Athens or are ready to relocate
• EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Greece
