- Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
- Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Fluent German (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good computer literacy and a genuine interest in technology.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment.
- Legal eligibility to work in Romania.
