Work Model: On-site for the first 3 months, with hybrid working available afterwards based on performance

We are partnering with a global customer experience company that supports a leading home appliances brand to recruit three German-Speaking Technical Customer Support Advisors for its team in Bucharest, Romania.

This is an excellent opportunity for German-speaking professionals who enjoy helping customers, solving technical problems, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will provide voice-based technical support to German-speaking customers, helping them resolve product-related issues and get the most out of their home appliances.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical customer support in German via phone.
• Assist customers with enquiries and issues relating to home appliance products.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical and product-related problems.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting procedures and provide clear, accurate solutions.
• Identify customer needs and ensure a positive support experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
  

Requirements

• German language proficiency at C1 level or above.
• Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage.
• Good technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence using computer systems and internal support tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a structured, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bucharest for the first three months.
• Legal right to work in Romania or a valid work permit.
