🛠️ What You’ll Do

Provide IT application support across your scope, handling corrective maintenance and user issues efficiently
Coordinate with corporate teams for application maintenance and evolution, documenting user needs and assessing business priorities
Participate in system implementations by performing testing, managing local suppliers, and supporting user training
Ensure effective communication and availability of user manuals post-implementation, continuously monitoring system operation and interface functionality
Drive the adoption of AI tools and technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, prompt engineering, AI-assisted reporting, and process automation, to optimize IT support activities, improve documentation quality, and increase operational efficiency.

👤 Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related economic fields
Passionate about customer support and IT applications
Technical skills in SAP user support
English: Advanced
