​The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Global Admissions Executive to drive our enrollment growth. This role is a hybrid of direct student counseling (B2C) and educational partnership management (B2B). You will serve as the primary ambassador for CITM, guiding prospective students through their academic choices while simultaneously building and managing a robust network of international educational recruitment agents.

​Key Responsibilities

• ​Direct Student Enrollment: Manage the end-to-end admissions cycle for prospective students, from initial inquiry to final enrollment and Day One orientation.
• ​Consultative Counseling: Conduct personalized counseling sessions with students and parents to recommend suitable academic programs and pathways.
• ​Agent Network Development: Identify, onboard, and manage international and domestic educational recruitment agents to build a consistent pipeline of student referrals.
• ​Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for B2B partners, ensuring they are equipped with up-to-date program information, marketing materials, and prompt support.
• ​Lead & Pipeline Tracking: Maintain accurate records of student leads, agent performance, and conversion metrics using the institute’s CRM/database.​
  

Qualifications & Skills

• ​Proven experience in higher education admissions, student recruitment, or educational B2B sales.
• ​An existing, active network of educational recruitment agents is highly advantageous.
• ​Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• ​Language Proficiency: Exceptional fluency in English is required. Fluency in Arabic, French, or Hindi is a strong advantage.
  

​Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred. We welcome applications from candidates currently in the UAE, as well as international expats who are willing and able to relocate to Dubai for this opportunity.


​Compensation, Hours & Benefits
​Salary: Base salary of AED 2,500 – AED 5,000 per month (commensurate with experience), plus an attractive performance-based commission structure.
​Working Hours: Monday to Friday (08:00 AM – 05:00 PM) and Saturdays (09:00 AM – 02:00 PM).
​Benefits: Company-provided UAE Employment Visa, Medical Insurance, and standard annual leave in accordance with UAE labor law.
