About LUVED

LUVED is the UAE's peer-to-peer marketplace for buying, selling and gifting pre-loved fashion, live on iOS and Android. We offer courier collection and delivery, buyer protection, seller verification and luxury authentication. Since launching in May 2026 we have been featured in Gulf News, The National and Grazia Middle East. We are a small, fast-moving team and this is a key hire.

The role

As our Marketplace Operations Executive, you will be the person our buyers and sellers deal with, and you will make sure every item travels smoothly from one wardrobe to the next. You will report directly to the Founder and CEO.

What you will do

• Look after our buyers, sellers and gifters across in-app chat, WhatsApp and email, within our response times

• Manage orders end to end: courier bookings and exceptions, cancellations, returns, refunds and disputes, following LUVED policies

• Review new listings and brand requests to keep quality and trust high

• Onboard and support new sellers, including business and partner sellers

• Support our listing service: photograph, measure and list items for sellers

• Help run our pop-ups, listing days, shoots and events around Dubai

• Keep our trackers up to date and prepare a weekly KPI report

• Coordinate interns, creator deliverables and suppliers

What you will bring

• 2+ years in e-commerce, marketplace, retail, hospitality or customer operations in the UAE

• Excellent written and spoken English (Arabic is a strong plus)

• Warmth with customers and calm, sound judgement on policy

• Confidence with Google Sheets, Notion, WhatsApp Business and admin dashboards

• A valid UAE driving licence (own car is a plus)

• A genuine interest in fashion, luxury and pre-loved

• AED 5,500 to 7,000 per month

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00, with occasional event or weekend work (time off in lieu). Start date: early November 2026. Own UAE residence visa preferred; sponsorship available for the right candidate.
