The role

The Global Procurement Director leads international sourcing and tender processes for Visual Merchandising and Store Design projects, including store fixtures, mannequins, lighting and digital screens.

You will build and manage a global supplier network, securing the best balance of price, quality and delivery while keeping store-opening and refurbishment programmes on schedule. You will lead a team of five and partner closely with Visual Merchandising and Store Design. The role is fully based in Dubai, with relocation and visa support provided, and requires international travel of up to 50%.

What you will own

• Lead global sourcing for store fixtures, mannequins, lighting and digital screens.
• Run competitive tenders and negotiate commercial terms with suppliers and agencies.
• Assess supplier capability, quotations, quality standards, lead times and delivery risk.
• Identify new international suppliers able to deliver new-concept and refurbishment projects at scale.
• Control project timelines and ensure procurement milestones support store-opening campaigns.
• Review technical drawings and CAD documentation with Store Design and suppliers.
• Manage supplier and agency performance across Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus and global markets.
• Ensure contracts and procurement activity meet company compliance requirements.
• Drive measurable improvements in cost, quality, speed and supplier reliability.

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years of procurement, global sourcing or vendor-management experience, ideally in mass-market retail.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional background.
• Proven experience running tenders, negotiating contracts and managing international suppliers.
• Experience sourcing retail fixtures, mannequins, lighting, digital screens or comparable equipment and CAPEX categories is a strong advantage.
• Strong project-management skills and a track record of delivering against fixed deadlines.
• The ability to understand technical drawings and CAD documentation; fixture or lighting design knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of vendor governance, contracts and procurement compliance.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence analysing quotations and commercial scenarios.
• Leadership experience and the ability to work across Procurement, Visual Merchandising and Store Design.
• Fluent English and Russian, willingness to relocate to Dubai and flexibility for frequent international travel.
