Plenty of people have designed a robotic production line on paper. Far fewer have stood on the floor and made one run at volume.

We've partnered with a well-funded advanced technology company in Abu Dhabi that is bringing automated, mass-scale manufacturing into the region. They need someone who has lived inside a high-volume robotic plant to be their technical eyes and ears on the equipment and integrators delivering it.

You'll own:

📋 Reviewing vendor specifications and equipment packages against what the line actually needs

🔍 Inspection and testing, including FAT and SAT, at the vendor and on site

🔗 The process-level interfaces between equipment, so the line works as one system

🤝 Being the technical counterpart to integrators and suppliers

⚠️ Spotting risks early, before they turn into delays on the floor

This is not a spec-writing role.

You won't be designing the line from scratch. You'll make sure what's being delivered is right, properly tested and ready to run at volume.

We're looking for someone who:

→ Has hands-on experience in mass-scale production with robotic processes, ideally automotive OEM (body-in-white, assembly, paint or powertrain)

→ Has worked as an implementation engineer, manufacturing engineer, automation lead or similar

→ Has real FAT, SAT and commissioning experience

→ Is comfortable reviewing vendor packages and holding integrators to spec

→ Or has moved from the plant floor into consulting with firms like Capgemini, Accenture or Rockwell

SAP PP/QM or MES exposure is a plus. Candidates relocating from India, Europe and beyond are very welcome.
