About the Program

As a Graduate Management Candidate, you will begin your journey in-store, gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of retail operations. Working alongside experienced leaders, you will develop the skills and commercial acumen required to lead teams, drive business performance, and manage large-scale retail operations.

You will receive structured training in:

• Customer experience and brand excellence
• Team leadership, coaching, and people development
• Workforce planning and store operations
• Visual merchandising and commercial decision-making
• Inventory management and operational efficiency
• Business performance and sales growth strategies

Successful candidates will follow a structured pathway designed to prepare them for promotion into a Store Manager position within 12 months, subject to performance.

About You

We are looking for ambitious graduates who aspire to become future business leaders.

You will have:

• A Bachelor's degree (or above) in any discipline
• Graduation date between June 2025 and January 2027
• Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or Australian Permanent Residency
• Strong leadership potential and commercial awareness
• A passion for customer experience and retail excellence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A willingness to relocate within Australia if required
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
