Role Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Dubai team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is focused on producing high-quality visual content that elevates our brand presence and supports marketing, social media, and sales initiatives.

Candidates must have prior experience in the UAE real estate sector. This role is suited to someone who can manage the design process from concept to execution while maintaining a premium and consistent visual identity across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality visual content for digital platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, and marketing campaigns
Design website pages and landing pages to support marketing and sales campaigns
Develop branded assets including brochures, presentations, property listings, and promotional materials
Ensure all designs align with the company's brand identity and premium positioning
Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Videographer to produce cohesive and high-performing content
Create visually compelling graphics that support lead generation and marketing campaigns
Design content optimised for social media performance (ads, reels, stories, etc.)
Maintain consistency across all visual outputs including typography, colour, and layout
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Stay up to date with design trends and real estate marketing visuals
Organise and manage design files, templates, and brand assets

Qualifications

Mandatory: Prior experience in the UAE real estate industry (design-related role)
Mandatory: Experience designing websites and landing pages
Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design
Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work, including web/landing page examples
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Familiarity with Figma is an advantage
Exposure to motion graphics (After Effects or similar) is an advantage
Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and branding
Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing
Strong attention to detail and creative thinking
Ability to work in a fast-paced, content-driven environment
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
