About the job Based at Mandarin Oriental, Doha within the Marketing Communications Department in Doha, the Graphic & Multimedia Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and brand-compliant creative assets across print, digital, social media, photography, videography and multimedia platforms. As a brand guardian, the role ensures all visual communications align with Mandarin Oriental brand standards while supporting marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, guest engagement and commercial performance. The Graphic & Multimedia Designer reports to the Assistant Marketing Communications Manager. As Graphic & Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for the following duties: Design and produce creative marketing collateral including brochures, menus, advertisements, banners, invitations and promotional materials. Create engaging visual content for social media, digital campaigns, website updates and email marketing initiatives. Support photography, videography and multimedia production, including editing, retouching, motion graphics and short-form video content. Collaborate with hotel departments, agencies and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative projects while maintaining Mandarin Oriental brand standards. As Graphic & Multimedia Designer, we expect from you: Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent, with 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design or creative services. Experience within luxury hospitality, luxury retail, lifestyle brands or creative agencies is preferred. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects, supported by a strong professional portfolio. Strong creative, organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail. Understanding of luxury branding, visual storytelling and social media content best practices. Excellent English communication skills are essential, with Arabic being an advantage.
