Overview

Replo does $7M ARR, mostly from our page builder, which thousands of Shopify brands pay for. Replo Agent launched in private beta in August 2026 and we are onboarding new brands every week, without having done any significant marketing yet.

Brands use the agent to build landing pages and storefronts, run audits on their existing pages, set up A/B tests, and connect Replo's data into Claude and ChatGPT.

I'm Quinn. I run go-to-market here, and I'm the only person who does. That's the problem this role solves. I wrote up exactly what I'm working on right now, what's working, what isn't, and what I'd want from you: A letter from Quinn.

The job

You own experiments that turn into revenue. You pick what to go after, and I mean that literally. If you think the right move is converting some slice of the 34,000 Shopify-connected workspaces on our free product, do that. If you think it's closing $5k/month deals with bigger brands, do that. If you think everything I'm doing is wrong, tell me, and go run the thing you'd do instead. We'll both be looking at the same numbers every week.

What you'd have to work with:

  • 34,000+ Shopify-connected workspaces on free plans

  • ~1,700 new signups a month coming into a funnel that was built for the old product

  • a paying customer base that mostly hasn't tried the agent yet

  • a partner and affiliate channel with hundreds of affiliates, and a Replo Expert network

  • engineering time for funnel, trial, onboarding and pricing changes. Yuxin (CEO) and Noah (CTO) have already agreed to this, so your experiments can change the product, not just the ads around it. You will be expected to do most of that building yourself, with agents, and we will teach you how in week one if you don't already.

You'd also be talking to customers a lot. How much depends on your strategy, but there's no version of this job where you don't. Right now customer calls are where most of our real information comes from.

What we expect

By day 3 you should be finding your own answers. By day 30 you should have experiments live with numbers attached. By day 90 you should have at least one channel you can point at and say: this works, here's the revenue, I'm scaling it.

Who this usually is

The people we think fit best have done one of these:

  • built their own ecommerce brand to $1M+ mostly alone, or ran growth very early at a brand that scaled

  • founded, or was one of the first people at, an agency serving Shopify brands, selling and delivering the work themselves

  • founded a SaaS and carried it to real revenue alone, or was the first growth hire at a SaaS around our size, recently

  • built GTM systems (Clay, outbound, paid, lifecycle) where the revenue outcome was theirs. Open to other shapes too.

The common thing across all of them: at some point a number was yours, you were genuinely good at one or two crafts (paid, CRO, lifecycle, outbound, sales, partnerships, whatever it was), and you did everything else anyway because there was nobody else to do it.

Comp, location, process

$180-220k salary plus equity. Flat salary, no commission; there may be company-wide incentives on top. We'll tell you where you'd land on the first call.

SF, in office. If you'd be relocating, we can do the first couple of months remote with trips to SF while you move. US work authorization required.

Process, about four weeks end to end, faster if you finish the project early:

  • a 30-minute call with Carissa (Chief of Staff) or me about one bet you've made

  • a short call with Yuxin

  • a deep dive where you screen-share something you built

  • a paid two-week project ($5,000 flat, you choose when you work on it inside the window, and the work is yours to keep either way), then a walkthrough with Yuxin and me

  • references, then an offer within a few days

To apply

No resume needed. Answer these five questions in your application (or email them to quinn@replo.app):

  1. What do you think Replo sells, and who should we be selling to?

  2. What are your top 2 areas of expertise in growing a business? What examples can you share to prove that?

  3. What are 2 ICP hypotheses you'd test, and how would you reach them?

  4. Why do you think Replo can be different than Claude Code?

  5. What questions or hesitations do you have?

You can sign up for a free Replo account and try the agent too. Send over any feedback or improvement areas you see.
