Role Description The GRP Lamination Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for performing fiberglass and GRP lamination work for various landscape and water feature structures. Day-to-day tasks include preparing molds and surfaces, cutting and laying fiberglass mats, mixing resins and hardeners, and applying laminates according to technical specifications and safety standards. The specialist will carry out trimming, sanding, repairing, and finishing of GRP components, ensuring high-quality workmanship and durability. The role also involves interpreting drawings, coordinating with project supervisors, maintaining tools and equipment, and following health, safety, and environmental procedures on-site. The GRP Lamination Specialist collaborates with construction and MEP teams to meet project timelines and support the successful completion of outdoor installations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong GRP/Fiberglass lamination skills, including surface preparation, resin mixing, mat laying, and finishing techniques.

🛠️ Requirements:

• Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience within the UAE.
• Insulation Expertise: Skilled in Water Tanks, Chambers, Manholes, and Roof Insulation.
• Fabrication Skills: Proficient in making high-quality GRP Pots/Planters.
• Installation Skills: Expert in GRP Pipe Installations using the Butt & Wrap technique.
