What We Are Looking For:

• Extensive experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter platform
• Proficiency in Gosu, Java, and integration frameworks
• Strong understanding of insurance claims lifecycle and business processes
• Experience working in a bilingual or multicultural environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects on Guidewire ClaimCenter, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business goals
• Provide technical and strategic guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in architecture, design, and implementation
• Collaborate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders to gather requirements, manage communications, and ensure successful delivery
• Oversee resource planning, performance management, and team development
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across Guidewire implementations
• Manage risks, budgets, and timelines across multiple concurrent projects

Leadership & Management:

• Proven experience in managing large-scale development teams and client engagements
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to mentor and grow technical talent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Guidewire certifications (ClaimCenter) are highly desirable
• PMP or Agile certifications are a plus
