Guidewire Practice Lead

We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Practice Lead to build and grow the Guidewire capability in Japan. This role will support business development, solutioning, delivery governance, and team capability building while working closely with both Japanese stakeholders and global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the Guidewire practice in Japan.
• Support Guidewire opportunities throughout the lifecycle, from pre-sales through delivery.
• Provide Guidewire expertise across claims, policy, billing, and related insurance areas.
• Work with local and global teams to define delivery approaches and governance.
• Support project mobilization, staffing, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to proposal activities, client discussions, and overall business growth.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Guidewire implementation or insurance transformation projects.
• Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or related modules.
• Good understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance processes.
• Experience leading teams, programs, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both Japanese stakeholders and global teams.

Language Requirements:

• Fluent-level Japanese is must

Preferred:

• Guidewire certification is a plus.
