Dreamfinders is seeking a Hardscape Laborer for Jhonny Sheere in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This is a permanent, full-time role — full relocation is covered, including housing, travel, and transportation. RELOCATION PACKAGE Housing fully covered upon arrival Travel expenses reimbursed (flights, transportation) Ground transportation provided Support throughout your relocation process RESPONSIBILITIES Install pavers, retaining walls, walkways, and outdoor hardscape structures Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Follow project plans and supervisor instructions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with loading/unloading materials and equipment Report any site hazards or incidents to the supervisor REQUIREMENTS Prior experience in hardscaping, landscaping, or construction preferred Ability to perform physical tasks: lifting, digging, standing for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude Basic English communication skills Must pass background check and drug screening COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Pay: $18.00/hr — Permanent / Full-Time Health insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) Paid time off Stable, long-term employment opportunity Staffing model: Dreamfinders manages payroll and insurance
