Head Chef – $130K + Super
We are looking for a highly experienced Head Chef to lead a busy waterfront venue with stunning seafood produce and a European influence.
This is a high-volume operation, so you must be confident managing busy weekend services while maintaining exceptional standards.
About the role:
$130K + Super
- Beautiful waterfront venue
- Creative seasonal menu planning
- Lead and inspire a team of 12 chefs
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Manage kitchen financials and cost control
- Understand and execute the venue's brand and standards
- This is a generous salary package for the right candidate.
