What the role covers

Lead the daily kitchen operation and own the standards set by the brand executive chef
Build, lead and develop a brigade of around thirty
Manage food cost, portion control and waste with rigour
Own supplier relationships, purchasing and stock levels
Hold quality and hygiene standards without exception

What we're looking for

Proven Head Chef experience, ideally including a pre-opening
A French or Mediterranean cooking foundation
A leader who develops junior chefs rather than only directing them
Fluent English; another European language is an asset
