Head Housekeeper | UHNW Private Family | Dubai | AED 15,000–20,000/month + benefits

We’re working with a UHNW private family in Dubai to find an experienced Head Housekeeper to lead their residence. This is a long-term, live-in position starting immediately.

The role

You’ll run the day-to-day operation of a large, well-established household with roughly 15–20 staff. You’ll lead a team of four direct reports and work alongside the chef, nannies and drivers, reporting to the family’s PA. This is a management role: you set the standards and the team delivers them.

The family travels often, mainly to the USA and the South of France. You’ll travel with them on trips of one to two months, sometimes longer.

What you’ll do

Make sure the residence runs to five-star standards of cleanliness, presentation and service

Lead, schedule and develop the household team

Manage inventories, vendors, maintenance and contractors

Support the family with logistics, routines and travel preparation

Oversee service for private dinners and family events

What we’re looking for

Proven team-management experience in five-star hotels, luxury hospitality or a UHNW private household

Excellent English, a polished presentation and complete discretion

Comfortable with extended international travel

Someone looking for a stable, long-term career move

An active US, UK or Schengen visa is a bonus

AED 15,000–20,000 basic per month, with flexibility for exceptional candidates
