Position: Head of Oncology Program Location: Nasiriyah, Dhi Qar Governorate, Iraq Contract Details: Full Time, Permanent We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Oncology Program for a reputed client in IRAQ, who is dedicated to providing high-quality medical services to the local community. Job Overview: As the Head of Oncology Program, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our oncology program. This includes developing and implementing strategic plans, managing budgets, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will also be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals and collaborating with other departments to ensure the success of the program. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans for the oncology program in line with the company's goals and objectives Manage the budget for the program and ensure efficient use of resources Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of staff within the oncology program Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the program Monitor and evaluate the performance of the program and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines in the delivery of oncology services Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, healthcare providers, and suppliers Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in the field of oncology and incorporate them into the program as appropriate Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and other events related to oncology Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Masters in Oncology ( MD ) Minimum of 8 years of experience in oncology, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of oncology treatments, procedures, and protocols Excellent leadership and management skills Ability to develop and implement strategic plans Strong communication and interpersonal skills Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Housing + Transport + Visa + Health Insurance + Air tickets To apply, please submit your resume [email protected]
