Job details Teach the schools physics subject to school secondary students aging from 11 to 18 years old Develop, review, and update the math curriculum to align with state/national standards and school objectives. Guide teaching strategies, integrate technology, and ensure effective pedagogy across grade levels. Mentor math teachers, conduct evaluations, organize professional development, and manage departmental staffing. Monitor assessment data, identify trends, and implement interventions to improve outcomes. Work with administrators, parents, and stakeholders to address concerns and enhance program visibility. Oversee the department budget, textbooks, and educational tools.
