The role
You will work closely with the restaurant management team to guide service on the floor, ensuring each shift feels organised and every guest receives personal attention.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading by example while managing your section and supporting the wider team.
• Coordinating service with the kitchen, bar and reception.
• Guiding and developing waiters and runners through briefings and practical coaching.
• Offering confident menu recommendations and ensuring dietary requirements are carefully communicated.
• Handling guest feedback with discretion and professionalism.
• Maintaining service standards, accurate orders and smooth billing.
About you
You bring experience in fine dining or premium full-service restaurants, including a previous role as a Head Waiter, Captain or similar floor leadership position.
We value confident English, strong service knowledge and a calm, approachable leadership style. Above all, you take pride in looking after people, both your guests and your colleagues.
