We are looking for an experienced Hostess who combines a natural warmth with excellent organisation and a thoughtful approach to guest care.
Rooted in Italian hospitality, LaFamiglia brings together good food, families and a neighbourhood community. You will be an important part of that connection, from the first reservation enquiry to the moment guests say goodbye.
The role
Working closely with the restaurant management and service teams, you will help create a welcoming arrival experience and keep the flow of reservations and seating well organised.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, recognising regulars and making first-time visitors feel at home.
• Managing reservations, enquiries and special requests accurately.
• Coordinating seating with the floor team to balance guest preferences and service capacity.
• Handling telephone and online enquiries with clear, attentive communication.
• Keeping guest preferences and reservation notes up to date.
• Communicating waiting times with care and offering thoughtful assistance during busy periods.
• Supporting arrangements for families, larger groups and special occasions.
About you
You bring at least 2 years of experience as a Hostess or in restaurant guest relations within fine dining or premium full-service restaurants.
You are confident communicating in English, comfortable using reservation systems and able to stay composed when several guests need your attention at once. Additional languages are welcome.
