Qualifications:

• Education/Certification:
  • NC II Caregiver Certification
• Experience: Minimum of one 1 year of relevant experience as a Caregiver
• Gender/Age: Open for female applicants only, with an age limit set at 40 years old

Additional Info:

• Will be assigned to private clients

Short Description of the Employer:

• Right Care for Nursing Services is the direct employer in Doha, Qatar, responsible for hiring caregivers. The workers will be home-based patient care within Qatar, working 12-hour shifts and returning to company accommodation afterward. The Caregivers will have 1- 2 days Orientation when they arrive and then will be assigned to the clients . It's at patients' homes.

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: 2,500 QAR
Food Allowance: 300 QAR
Overtime Pay: 200 QAR
Total Monthly Salary: 3,000 QAR

Accommodation: Provided by the employer for the duration of contract
Transportation from accommodation to Work Place and vice versa: Provided by the employer for the duration of contract
Contract Duration: 2 years
Air Ticket (mobilization and repatriation)
Vacation Leave: 21 days per year (available after 12 months of service)
Medical Insurance: Provided by the employer
Working Permit/Visa: Provided by the employer
Pay During Orientation/Training: 2,800 QAR (approx. 2 weeks) Basic salary + food allowance
Pay During Probation: 3,000 QAR
Gratuity Pay: Provided by the employer after completing two years of service
