Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced high school English teacher to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering English language instruction across grades 7 to 12, with a focus on speaking training and exam preparation. You will work alongside local teaching staff to support student academic development.
Working Hours
• Monday to Friday
• 7:20 to 16:20 daily schedule
• One day per week requires evening self-study supervision until 20:50
• Maximum 16 teaching hours per week
• Additional duties include early reading and late self-study supervision
Class Structure
• Class sizes as per school standards
• Grades 7 to 12
• Teaching team per class:
o Foreign English Teacher
o Chinese English Teacher
o Head Teacher
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver English language instruction focused on KET, PET, ESL, and IELTS preparation
• Provide undergraduate speaking training to students across grades 7 to 12
• Supervise early reading sessions and late self-study periods as scheduled
• Prepare students for international English proficiency examinations
• Collaborate with local teachers to support student language development
• Monitor and assess student progress throughout the academic year

• Complete work visa documentation

Salary & Benefits
• Salary: 24,000 RMB per month (pre-tax)
• Summer salary: One month of summer salary paid during July and August
vacation
• Housing subsidy: 1,500 RMB per month rental subsidy available
