We seek educators ready to deliver high-standard academic content in English and committed to professional growth.

We are hiring 30 full-time High School Subject Teachers to join our partner schools in Shenzhen. You will work within a supportive academic team, delivering specialized subjects in English to students aged 16-18. This role suits independent, outgoing educators who take teaching seriously and are ready to commit professionally.

• Monday to Friday

• Fewer than 18 teaching hours per week

• Standard school break schedule

• High school classes for students aged 16-18

• Subject-specific instruction delivered in English

• Teaching team per class:

o Subject Teacher

o Homeroom Teacher

o Academic Coordinator

• Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional lessons that facilitate active learning experiences with clearly established objectives using the provided textbook and learning materials

• Participate in extracurricular events, social activities, and teacher departmental meetings as required by the center

• Be familiar with and able to use relevant technology to support instruction and present lessons

• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support academic development

• Maintain a professional classroom environment aligned with school standards and policies

• Native English speakers

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a matching subject with relevant teaching experience

• 120 Hour TEFL/TESOL/CELTA Certification

• Above 2 years ESL or subject teaching experience (2 years preferred)

• Clean health and criminal background to obtain a Chinese work visa

• Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 RMB before tax per month for subject teaching (Middle-High School
