Some of the most advanced machines are built in the Netherlands: complex systems assembled with extreme precision in a cleanroom, where one component that's slightly off affects the whole chain.
We're looking for precise, experienced technicians to build them.
- You'll work for leading companies in the Dutch high-tech industry.
- You'll work for suppliers in the supply chain of the world's leading chip-equipment manufacturer.
Work eligibility: EU/EEA or Swiss citizens, or candidates who already have the right to work in the Netherlands.
What you'll do:
- Assemble high-precision modules and sub-systems in a cleanroom.
- Work from technical drawings, BOMs, and detailed work instructions.
- Fit, align, and adjust components to extremely tight tolerances.
- Carry out tests and quality checks.
- Follow strict cleanroom procedures.
- Report deviations and suggest improvements.
Who we're looking for:
- +5 years of experience in precision or fine-mechanical assembly.
- Background in high-tech assembly, fine mechanics, instrument making, aircraft maintenance, or similar.
- Calm, accurate, and patient, comfortable when every micron counts.
- Technical education (EQF level 3/4; a technical bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Good English.
- Motivated to relocate and build a long-term career in the Netherlands.
The offer:
- Full relocation support for international candidates, including housing, municipal registration, BSN, taxes, insurance, banking, and support with the 30% ruling where applicable.
- Paid training and certifications.
- Optional Dutch lessons, travel allowance, tools, and PPE.
- Pension scheme and holiday entitlement.
- 8% holiday allowance.
- Working hours: mostly day shifts; some roles: 2 shifts; no weekends.
