💰 Salary

From €36,605 per year

👨 🍳 Candidate Requirements

✅ Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in the culinary/hospitality field

✅ Minimum qualification in Culinary Arts / Professional Cookery / Hospitality or a related field

✅ Experience working in a professional kitchen

✅ Experience in Continental / European cuisine is required

✅ Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen operations

✅ Fluent spoken English is mandatory

✅ IELTS is not required

✅ Ability to work as part of a professional kitchen team

✅ Candidates must be willing to relocate to Ireland

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant/hotel's standards
• Manage your assigned kitchen section efficiently
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene
• Follow HACCP and food safety procedures
• Assist with menu preparation and daily kitchen operations
• Monitor food stock and minimise wastage
• Work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and kitchen team
• Support junior kitchen staff when required
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
