Location: Dubai
Employment Visa: provided by the company
Salary: based on relevant experience
With UAE F&B accounting experience is highly preferred
Responsibilities:
* Manage daily, weekly, and monthly accounting functions for restaurant operations
* Reconcile POS sales, cash, credit cards, gift cards, and third-party delivery platforms
* Monitor COGS movement and margins
* Oversee inventory accounting, vendor invoices, and waste/shrinkage reporting
* Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements
* Manage accounts payable, including food, beverage, and service vendors
* Ensure compliance with FTA regulations on sales and purchase taxes
* Prepare monthly financial statements and other adhoc reports
* Support audits and coordinate with tax consultants on VAT and CT filing
* Preparation of UAE VAT returns and submission. ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE VAT regulation.
Desired Candidate Profile:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
* 3+ years of accounting experience in food and beverage industry in UAE
* Strong understanding of POS systems and restaurant workflows
* Experience with inventory management and food & beverage cost controls
* Strong financial and analytical skills
* Proficiency with accounting software such as Quickbooks
* Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting)
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
