Hospitalist-Medical Director

Rome Health is seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to lead our established Hospitalist Program. This position offers a balanced blend of clinical practice and administrative leadership within a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Position Highlights

• Monday–Friday schedule

• 50% clinical and 50% administrative responsibilities

• Competitive compensation of $325,000–$350,000

Leadership Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative oversight for the Hospitalist Program

• Promote high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care

• Support physician recruitment, onboarding, mentorship, and retention

• Collaborate with hospital leadership and interdisciplinary teams

• Guide quality-improvement, patient-safety, and operational initiatives
• Help shape the continued growth and direction of the program
